Online reservations can be made up to 63 days in advance. Each day that passes will allow for an additional day to open up for booking in the online scheduling system (If you regularly schedule 3 week nail appointments this will allow you to book up to 3 future appointments at all times).
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in a late fee ($10) and arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a cancellation along with a 50% late-cancellation fee for the services reserved.
Online appointment changes can be done up to 48hrs prior to your reservation, after this you must contact yqrnailsregina@gmail.com to make any appointment changes up to 24hrs without penalty.
Failure to provide 24hrs notice for any reservation changes or cancellations will result in a 50% fee for the services booked before being able to secure a future appointment. No shows will result in a 100% fee and online booking restrictions.
